A V Wires
One plant is entirely into the processing of Cold Heading Quality Wires used for the manufacture of High Tensile and Special Fasteners. This plant is complete with Electrically Heated, Inert Atmosphere, PLC controlled State of Art Annealing furnaces used for Spheriodized Annealing. Bull Blocks, Pickling-PhosphateLube Coating-Baking facilities are capable of delivering Quality Goods steadily.
All plants have 100% power Back-ups, Adequate material handling facility, Proper Storage Area as well skilled manpower. Capable of delivering up to 2MT of drawn wires into stands. Traceability of every single Coil or Bar, Right from Incoming of Raw Material in the process to finish Goods is our USP.
Bright Steel Wires
A V Wires has the reputation as the producer of the finest quality Cold-Heading Quality Wires in North India and is well known throughout the fastener industry. With our distinguished capability of chemical cleaning and coating along with our controlled atmosphere Annealing Department and our skilled work force, we are able to make quality wires for fastener industry. All kinds of grades M.S./ EN series/ Alloy steels and Spl. Grades are available with the diameter ranging from 5mm-30mm.
Bright Steel Bars
With our focus on Surface Finish, Toughness, Straightness and Packing we have gained a good reputation for our Bright steel bars. By meeting the specified Requirements our Bar products usually offer good for mability, machine ability, and weld-ability making them a cost saving solution for our customers. Round, Square and Hex bars are available in all kinds of grades with the diameter ranging from 5mm- 25mm.
